I think Ellen Bender is right on target. She makes a good point - you MUST be tested for some of the endocrinological aspects of the disorder. I would add that if you do in fact have associated health risks with PCOS, these should be attended to before TTC. Best of LUCK!!
: Hi. I think I have PCOS....have infrequent periods for the last yr after stopping the pill, weight gain, mild acne, some coarse chin hairs, etc. I have a Dr. appt on May 3rd w/an RE but am desperate to start TTC. What are my true chances w/PCOS? Will Clomid help?
