Patients with PCOS that do not ovulate are at an increased risk for endometrial cancer. It is therefore good practice to either take birth control pills or periodic progestins to ensure that one has a bleed to decrease this risk. In your case it is a good idea to be aware of the possible risk and take appropriate action as deemed by your physician. Whether you can have a baby or not has alot todo with your age and all other factors combined. you should see a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist if you find your general OB/GYN unable to help or if Clomid has not helped. Good luck
