My name is Lanessa, I'm 23 and found out that I have pcos about 3months ago.My question is what can I do about the high insulin? It just doesn't make since to me, do I try to not eat sugar,because when i have no sugar during the day i get headaches and start to shake. If you have any advice please respond, also I'm on clomid my husband and I are trying to have a baby.
