I asked the same question at one of the PCOS talks at AIA's conference earlier this month. While there is a genetic component to PCOS, they have not yet identified a single gene or genes so there is no genetic test at this time. What I was told was to watch my daughter's diet and exercise level to make sure that she does not become overweight and sedentary. If your daughter does start having symptoms, you might want to take her to a pediatric endocrinologist.
